Better breakfast today. The stew was pretty carb heavy, but I still managed to stay within acceptable thresholds and enjoy a cookie and some chocolate.

Walked to work across the bridge today. Brrrr!

I also got 3 circuits (burpees, lunges, planks and dumbbell rows) in while breakfast was cooking. I need to get more weight on the rows.
